Re-iteration of my retraction of previous statements

I again iterate my retraction of the article about Mr Ian MacLoughlin.

Poison Tobacco

Ian Macloughlin gave me (Phuoc Anh Phung) tobacco that was filthy and dirty with dry black powdery residue. He was keen on giving it to me. I think he was trying to poison me.
Mr Ian MacLoughlin denies this.

Mr Ian MacLoughlin has now asked me to retract these statements and apologize.
I do retract these statements however I do not apologize.
